Counting blessings is a great way to feel good about yourself and your life, even during the worst of times.

My favorite quote about this is: “Any day above ground is a good day.”

Here’s another good one: “I cried because I had no shoes, until I met someone who had no feet.”

Have you ever tried to write a list of all your blessings? I have. I did it during a time in my life when I thought I had little to be thankful for; and, I was pleasantly surprised at how long my list actually turned out to be. CONCLUSION

“Blessings” can be seen as gifts from God if you’re religious, or as good luck if you’re not.
